Did I Ever Mention I Was In Love With Mr. Vervoordt (part 2)?

Last Sunday, I went with (most of) my family to Red Bank, a little town we had not visited yet since moving to NJ. Very charming and shopper-friendly, they manage to avoid the big-box retailers in favor of variety and originality (and yes, high-end shops like Coco Pari, which carries the only pair of stilettos - Jimmy Choos - that are actually comfortable to walk in). There is however and Urban Outfitters (without their furniture line, though) and, my all-time favorite furniture store, Restoration Hardware.

Which brings me back to Mr. Vervoordt, because knowingly (for sure) or not, RH carries a lot of pieces that sport some of the trademarks of his look: driftwood-color furniture, reclaimed wood, linen-covered sofas, superb stone planters, elegantly understated lighting, light beige, medium beige, dark beige, blackened metal and Palladian balance. Their French Casement Bathroom Collection (with the perfectly complementary Dutch Industrial tower) makes me consider redesigning my own master bathroom. This is the only store where, when I enter it, I feel I could buy every single piece displayed on the floor (or shelf) and they would all work together in the same home magnificently.
